Last month, we carried out solar panel cleaning in Staffordshire on the Millennium Community Centre, Moreton.

The 16-panel array was installed by Mipower and they asked us to carry out the regular clean.  A Mipower installer was on site for the solar panel cleaning and monitored the performance of the solar panels before and after cleaning.  The readings after the solar panel cleaning showed an increase in output of nearly 40%.  The caretaker for the building was most happy with the standard of the service and cleaning and very pleased with the extra electricity the solar panels will now be producing.

Then the panels are scrubbed, removing the lichen and then finally, washed down and rinsed.  All work carried out by Clean Solar Solutions is in conjunction with the SEUK Best Practice Guidelines 2021.
